- Passenger Rail in Arizona - Challenges and Opportunities in 2022 Todd Liebman is the President of All Aboard Arizona, a volunteer organization that advocates for improved passenger rail in Arizona. Todd has had a life-long interest in trains and passenger rail growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Todd has been a practicing attorney for 31 years, and is currently the Chief Supervisory Attorney for the U.S. Army Materiel Command at Fort Huachuca. He also served in the Army and Army Reserve for almost 35 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018. He lives in Sierra Vista, Arizona
- California-Arizona Passenger Rail - Future Projects Brian Yanity is the Vice President-South of the Rail Passenger Association of California and Nevada (RailPAC), an all-volunteer, bi-state organization that has advocated for the improvement of passenger rail service since 1978 (www.railpac.org ).
